Morning shifts PM shifts Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation Work efficiently during busy service periods Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen team members Assist with prep and additional kitchen duties as needed Requirements Valid Food Handler Certification required Passion for cooking and hospitality Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Must be able to verify citizenship/work authorization Location Gale Street Inn 4914 North Milwaukee Ave. Chicago, Illinois 60630
