Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pizza Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning to create innovative and appealing pizza options Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives Support the team during busy service hours by serving guests promptly and courteously Follow all food handling regulations to ensure the safety and quality of every dish served Requirements Previous experience in a culinary setting, particularly with pizza or similar food items, is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry environment Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus A passion for culinary arts, fine dining experience, or catering background is advantageous Join us if you're eager to develop your culinary skills in a lively environment where your creativity makes a difference!
