Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings and flavor combinations to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including ingredient portioning, dough stretching, and topping assembly Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to sanitation guidelines Support catering orders and special events by preparing large quantities of pizza in a timely manner Serve hot, fresh pizzas to customers with enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, especially within the food industry or culinary environment Strong knife skills for precise slicing and ingredient handling Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers Embark on a flavorful journey with us where your culinary talents will be celebrated!
