Cook Healthcare Dining | Full-Time

Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Cook to join our team in a full-time role at our skilled nursing facility. In this position, you'll prepare and serve meals for residents while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with dietary guidelines. You'll work closely with the dietary team to support a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $17.28 per hour

What You'll Do:

Prepare meals in accordance with approved menus and dietary guidelines Ensure food is properly cooked, portioned, and presented Review and verify special diet requirements before meal service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Coordinate with dietary staff and leadership as needed

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of cooking experience preferred (healthcare or food service) Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to follow menus and dietary instructions Team-oriented with strong communication skills Reliable and detail-focused
