About the Role Highland Bar & Kitchen is looking for motivated and experienced Line Cooks to join our team. We specialize in American cuisine and are seeking reliable kitchen professionals who can handle high-volume shifts while consistently maintaining food quality and presentation standards What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $17/hr, based on experience Stable schedule: 5 or 6 days per week (5/2 or 6/1 rotation) Supportive team environment and stable work culture Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and quality standards Manage station setup and prep work efficiently Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Requirements Experience in American cuisine preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Availability to work a 6/1 or 5/2 schedule How to Apply Reply to this posting with your resume or a brief description of your experience along with your contact phone number.
