•(Nights & Weekends)•We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food safety and meal preparation. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that meet our high standards for quality and taste. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and utensils. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service. Assist in the training of new kitchen staff as needed. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies when necessary. Uphold high standards of food presentation and quality control. Skills Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar food service environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Strong skills in meal preparation, particularly with pizza-making techniques. Familiarity with catering operations is a plus. Excellent food handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
