Job Description:
PREMIUM Cooks will cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, vegetables, fruits, sauces, stocks, bread and other foods using a variety of equipment and utensils according to guidelines and recipes. Must have previous experience in cooking preparation and sanitation.
Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience in cooking position Must pass background check. Food Handlers Certified. (Required) Cooking experience.(Required) Ability to prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. Able to set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment. Able to safely utilize a variety of utensils including knives and knowledge of all kitchen equipment. Able to properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures. Able to arrange, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines. Able to clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils. Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
Dress Code:
Black Chef Coat, black chef pants, black socks and black non-slip shoes.
