Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Efficiently prep ingredients, chop vegetables, and stock your station before and during service.
Consistent Execution:
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner items strictly to our established recipes and standards.
Multitasking:
Manage multiple food orders at once while ensuring timely ticket times without compromising quality.
Customer Commitment:
Understand that our customers come first by ensuring every plate is presented beautifully, tastes delicious, and is consistent with what our regulars expect every single day.
Kitchen Sanitation:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout your shift.
Teamwork:
Work closely with the rest of the back-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience cooking in a fast-paced restaurant or commercial kitchen setting.

Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and excellent attendance.

High attention to detail regarding food quality, portion control, and presentation.
