Hours:

Monday-Friday, 5am•1:30pm and 10:30am•7pm shifts with rotating weekends and holidays What you will need:

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED or a minimum of two years of cooking experience in an institutional setting, required

Certification:

Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited), required within 30 days of start date of position for employees working on their ServSafe Manager Certificate (ANSI) What you do: The cook prepares specified menu items for patients, cafeteria, catered services and ensures adherence to sanitation, safety and food handling procedures.
