Job Summary We're seeking passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our Back of House team at Tapville. This isn't just another kitchen job—it's an opportunity to be part of something exciting, innovative, and people-focused. As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the high-quality food that complements our self-pour beverage experience. You'll follow Tapville's recipe and service standards while working alongside a collaborative, fast-paced team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients, tools, and supplies Prepare and cook menu items to spec, consistently delivering on quality and presentation Follow Tapville recipes and portion guidelines with precision Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service Ensure food is prepared safely and complies with health and sanitation regulations Work in sync with other BOH team members to ensure timely, high-quality food delivery Assist with prep, inventory management, and restocking Take direction from the Kitchen Manager and BOH Supervisor and contribute to a supportive team environment Help train new team members and maintain Tapville's high standards What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a fast-paced kitchen environment Familiarity with cooking techniques, equipment, and sanitation protocols Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed when executing tasks Ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure A team-first mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary school education or food safety certification is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying up to 50 lbs Comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-moving kitchen environment Regular, punctual attendance in line with ADA and workplace policies Why Tapville?
