We operate both a restaurant and food truck, serving fresh, high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during busy service periods Help with food truck events and catering when needed Communicate effectively with managers and team members

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and attendance Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic Food handler certification is a plus

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
