Role:

As a Line Cook, you'll be working on the grill, flat-top, and prep stations to turn out consistent, high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes — quickly and correctly. You'll need to be organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast items to order (eggs, pancakes, skillets, sandwiches, etc.) Set up, stock, and maintain your station before and during service Follow ticket flow and communicate with the expeditor and other cooks Maintain portion control, plate presentation, and food quality Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized throughout service Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For:

Morning availability, including weekends and holidays Experience on the breakfast line or in a fast-paced kitchen is strongly preferred Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and punctual — our day starts early
