This position is responsible for preparing pizzas and menu items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting smooth daily operations. We're a steady, team-oriented store looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, speed, and quality. Responsibilities Prepare pizzas and menu items according to Rosati's recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, prep stations, fryers) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Assist with food prep, stocking, and ingredient rotation Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support opening and/or closing kitchen duties as scheduled Requirements Previous kitchen or pizza-making experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed Schedule & Pay Full-time or part-time available Flexible scheduling (nights/weekends may be required)
