Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly Greet customers with a positive attitude, taking orders and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations with precision Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and food handling stations by bussing tables and cleaning workspaces Follow food handling protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food handling and cleaning Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch food experiences!
