Full Job Description Duties:
  • Cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a cook or line cook
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
