The Mette is seeking passionate and driven kitchen professionals to join our opening team. As a high-end cocktail bar with an exceptional food program, we are building a team that values precision, creativity, and consistency at every level. What You'll Do:

Prepare and execute dishes with consistency, attention to detail, and pride Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Work collaboratively with the culinary and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience Support prep, service, and closing duties in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure Passion for quality ingredients and elevated food
