QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year of previous professional cooking experience Must be able to work Sundays during the summer months Responsibilities include: Work consists of prepping what is needed on their specific station for service Opening/setting up their stations Being on their feet 8hrs plus Closing down their station properly after service / cleaning the kitchen from top down with the help of their kitchen team Following recipes exactly as it was taught to you Maintain a clean work space Complete all running side work throughout the shift Complete all assigned opening or closing duties We are building a family and the candidate must have a team mentality Respectful and passionate in the kitchen, willing to learn from others, willing to teach/guide others Restaurant experience preferred Woodland Country Club of Carmel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
