Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, maintaining the standards of our kitchen. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new pizza offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle food safely and responsibly, following all health regulations regarding food handling. Skills Proficient in food preparation, cooking methods, and knife skills. Familiarity with food service operations and catering practices. Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
