Job Description
Wild Eggs is on the hunt for experienced Egg Cooks who can move with purpose, fire with precision, and keep the brunch machine humming at peak performance. If you know your way around a flat top and can execute over-easy vs. over-medium without existential dread, we want you on the starting lineup. What You'll Be Doing Producing consistently beautiful eggs (scrambled, omelet, poached, basted—you get it) Managing ticket flow during high-octane brunch rushes Maintaining clean, organized and safe workstations (our insurance carrier thanks you) Collaborating with kitchen leadership to keep the show running on-time and on-spec We're Looking For Prior line cook experience required ; egg experience strongly preferred High volume brunch or breakfast background = huge plus Ability to hold composure during peak hours Dependable, coachable, and ready to level up Comp & Perks Competitive hourly pay Growth trajectory across our expanding brand Work environment that actually has its act together Ready to join the brunch elite?
