Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines
  • Monitor food quality and taste for consistency
Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of menu planning and catering is a plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
