We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food quality and taste for consistency
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu planning and catering is a plus
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
