Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Retain menu knowledge and perform accordingly

Work Requirements:

While not a requirement, an ideal candidate would have a kitchen experience is ideal, positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook. Possess strong teamwork skills. Work well in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining a fun, high-energy work environment. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
