Cook Cashier

Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring quick turnaround times in a fast-food or quick-service setting Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing any questions or concerns Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with food safety practices including proper storage, food handling, and waste disposal to ensure a safe environment for all Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during busy periods Experience Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles within quick-service restaurants or cafes is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to facilitate smooth transactions Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate sales processing Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in retail or grocery store environments is a plus for understanding retail math and serving customers efficiently Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking between cashier duties and food preparation tasks Join us if you're ready to energize your career in the vibrant world of food service!
