Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced cook to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining and a strong background in food service management. Open Tuesday thru Saturday weekly. Responsibilities Knowledge in kitchen operations, efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Food preparation activities, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment, adhering to food handling protocols. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak dining hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within a fine dining establishment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management. Excellent team skills with the ability to stay motivated. Proficiency in inventory control practices and cost management strategies. Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe kitchen environment. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
