Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and more Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food handling, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new breakfast options or improvements based on guest feedback Ensure all food preparation meets health regulations and safety standards at all times Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required; culinary experience in fine dining or restaurants is highly valued Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including knife skills and meal assembly techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols, handling procedures, and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment Experience with menu planning, catering, or serving in a food industry setting is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Prior kitchen experience involving food industry standards or culinary training is highly desirable Join us as a Breakfast Cook and bring your passion for food to life each morning!
