Full Job Description Job Overview:
Experienced Breakfast Lunch Cook Needed. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the food industry and looking to contribute to a culinary team.
Duties:
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry preferred but will train
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
  • Proficient knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
