Line Cook — Fine Dining French Cuisine We are a small, boutique French restaurant known for refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and an intimate dining experience. Our kitchen is focused, collaborative, and ideal for cooks who take pride in craftsmanship. What You'll Do Prepare high-quality mise en place and execute dishes with consistency Maintain a clean, efficient station Work closely with the Chef in a small, professional team What We're Looking For 1-3 years of kitchen experience (fine dining/French a plus) Strong fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for learning We Offer $16-$20 per hour based on experience 401k match, health insurance reimbursement, paid time off, employee discount Growth in classic & modern French technique Supportive, respectful kitchen environment
