Alongside Our Culinary Team, Your Responsibilities Will Include Food Preparation Wash, peel, chop, and slice ingredients according to recipe standards. Portion ingredients and prepare them for cooking or serving. Measure and mix sauces, dressings, and marinades. Assist the team with essential tasks like breading, grilling, and frying. Kitchen Maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping floors. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist with proper food storage and stock rotation to ensure freshness. Team Support Support other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure efficient food preparation. What You Bring to the Table Minimum of 2 years in a kitchen environment with a culinary background or relevant training. Proficiency in knife skills, cooking techniques, and culinary planning + preparation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow exact recipes.
