In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. Whether you are working in a fine dining setting or catering events, your expertise in food preparation and handling will be essential. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food storage. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Skills Proven experience in a culinary role within the food service or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with fine dining practices is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a kitchen environment. A passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes that exceed guest expectations. Experience in catering or dietary aide roles is beneficial but not required.
