Cook •Full time We're seeking a versatile Cook to prepare, serve, and maintain high-quality food in our medical center. This role ensures every meal is safe, appetizing, and served according to established standards, policies, and dietary guidelines.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve food according to menus, therapeutic diets, and special requests Follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures to ensure timely meal service Assist in inventory, food storage, and maintaining availability of supplies Perform cleaning and sanitation duties, including prep areas, equipment, utensils, and storage Sweep, mop, and maintain clean, safe, and hazard-free kitchen areas Operate in multiple roles as needed: dishwasher, tray aide, grill person, hostess, cook, and baker Carry out garbage and ensure proper sanitation in accordance with regulations
Qualifications:
Ability to follow recipes and sanitary procedures Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
