Paisano's is seeking a Line Cook with experience or one we can develop to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food and developing skills in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. Your reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety will ensure every plate served meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Whether you're experienced in restaurant kitchens or eager to develop your culinary talents, this role is perfect for motivated individuals ready to make a flavorful impact. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional food experiences Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Reliably come to work and support the team. Overtime opportunities are available for team members who cover open shifts. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to uphold hygiene standards Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and prioritizing tasks Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Experience is not required if you can learn. We love to develop folks who want to follow the Culinary Path Familiarity with food industry safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Prior dietary aide or dietary department experience can be beneficial but is not required

Pay:
