We're a tournament venue and social hub featuring billiards, high tables, and a welcoming bar atmosphere. Our straightforward, bar-style menu keeps things manageable while allowing us to focus on what matters most quality ingredients, proper technique, and excellent presentation.

The Role:

As our Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standardsMaintaining proper food presentation and platingWorking efficiently during evening service hoursKeeping the kitchen organized and cleanCollaborating with the team to ensure smooth operationsFollowing food safety and sanitation protocols

What We're Looking For:

You're dependable, can maintain a solid pace during service, and bring a positive attitude to work. Experience with casual dining or bar food is helpful, but we value reliability and work ethic above all. Kitchen operations close at 1:30 AM, and we need team members who can commit to evening shifts.
