What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook at Athenian Grill, your role will be vital in ensuring our guests enjoy authentic, high-quality food.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards. Setting up, stocking, and maintaining kitchen stations throughout your shift. Ensuring food quality, presentation, and proper portioning. Keeping kitchen and prep areas clean and organized. Following food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Assisting with opening, closing, and daily kitchen duties. Collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Supporting team members during busy service periods. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we're seeking candidates who bring: At least 1 year of kitchen or restaurant experience (preferred but not required). Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
