Kitchen Manager Why this Role Matters Great food is an essential part of the guest experience. As a Line Cook, you play a key role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality and presentation. What You'll Do
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
  • Assist with supervising line cooks and supporting kitchen workflow during service
  • Help train and support new kitchen staff
  • Ensure kitchen stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
  • Label, date and enclose all food product, adhering to all required procedures
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
  • Address customer complaints effectively and timely, resolving issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
  • Thoroughly understand the menus and ingredients, including allergens
  • Monitor food levels and notify management of shortages
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations and guest experience. What We're Looking For
  • Previous restaurant kitchen experience required
  • Saute experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Food Manager training certificate required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability for standing for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment, lifting kitchen supplies up to approximately 40 pounds, and frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive food preparation tasks.
  • Must pass a criminal background check. What We Offer

Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
