Duties Prepare ingredients and components for menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy hours Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support the kitchen team with food plating, garnishing, and presentation to meet aesthetic standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations Contribute to menu planning discussions by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods Assist with catering orders and special event setups as needed Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with dietary guidelines and customer preferences Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a restaurant or food service environment Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and serving operations Experience in the food industry or culinary field demonstrating versatility across kitchen tasks Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to support seamless kitchen operations Join us to bring passion, precision, and energy to our culinary team!
