The Kitchen Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food service management, cooking, and team leadership who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

! Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Collaborate with management to create menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food handling, production, and safety practices. Previous supervisory or management experience within the food industry is essential. Familiarity with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers alike. Experience in hospitality management or restaurant management is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of budgeting processes related to kitchen operations is advantageous.
