Kitchen Staff-Line Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional food preparation and service to our guests. This position requires a passion for food, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle food products with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures. Participate in banquet preparations as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation and service. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries regarding menu items. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
