Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining consistency Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Kitchen experience in restaurants or food service environments is preferred Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety regulations Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
