Perform tasks such as grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, roasting, and broiling meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients. Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain consistent quality. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and cooking equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Store food properly and monitor freshness and product quality. Follow food safety standards, including proper handling, temperature control, and sanitation rocedures. Assist with inventory of food supplies and notify management when stock is low. Work as part of a kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared efficiently and served in a timely manner.
