Job Description

About the Role At Surge Entertainment, our mission is simple: Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, and Deliver Great Guest Experiences. The Line Cook plays a critical role in delivering that mission by preparing delicious, consistent, and high-quality food for our guests. You'll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, ensuring each dish is prepared to specification and meets Surge's quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong food safety awareness to help create a great dining experience for every guest. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items following Surge recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared quickly, accurately, and safely during busy service periods. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies. Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service. Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Manager or Chef. Support a positive, respectful kitchen culture built around teamwork and efficiency.
