as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where you will primarily be cooking Chinese cuisine! In this energetic role, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional food service. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning Assist with catering orders and special event preparations as needed Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen flow Requirements At least 1 year experience in a relevant position. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a strong foundation in kitchen operations Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating attention to special dietary needs Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and support overall food service goals Familiarity with catering and serving processes within the food industry or culinary settings Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
