Job Description

LOOKING FOR A PART TIME COOK TO JOIN US!
1688 GENTILLY Blvd. aka Park Island Brew is a small, locally owned coffeehouse with a busy brunch food truck, and we're hiring a part-time cook. Reliability and punctuality are a MUST as this role is essential to our daily operation. We're looking for an individual who takes pride in what they put out, moves with urgency & works overly well with a tight-knit team. We are open 7 days out of the week, but the food truck is closed on Monday's & we have a very small friendly staff, we are like a family here!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook brunch items to standards & recipes Open, prep, restock, and close the food truck as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Work efficiently during fast-paced brunch service Move with urgency without sacrificing quality
What We Need:
Extremely reliable and punctual, over-communicator & a leader! Friendly, motivated, GREAT ATTITUDE and a strong team player Able to work consistently in a small, high-volume kitchen Takes feedback well & is coachable
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE KITCHEN, AS A COOK, FOOD TRUCK WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!
