Your energy and attention to detail will help create delicious, visually appealing meals that delight our guests. Whether you're sharpening your culinary skills or bringing previous kitchen experience, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow in a vibrant food service environment. Duties Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning according to recipes and standards Support the cooking team in executing menu items with precision and speed Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle food storage properly, rotating stock and minimizing waste Follow all health regulations related to food handling, safety, and hygiene practices Assist with catering orders and special event setups as needed Skills Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols Skilled in and culinary techniques including knife skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving staff Knowledge of catering processes and food service operations is a plus Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
