For over 100 years, we have continued to offer our members and guests the highest level of service and hospitality. As the premier club in Andover, Massachusetts, Andover Country Club offers a meticulously manicured championship golf course for members and their guests, an elegant upscale dining environment, and a lively social event calendar. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences across restaurant service, social events, and high-volume banquets. We have AM & PM line cooks and prep/utility positions for our 2026 season. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on providing a high-quality culinary experience for Members and guests Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support catering events by preparing meals, setting up food stations, and serving guests efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, to meet safety regulations Demonstrate strong knife skills for precise food preparation and portion control Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods Experience Must have the knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals 2+ years experience in high volume, multi-purpose culinary environment Demonstrable knife and preparation skills
