The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a particular focus on ramen and Asian cuisine. This role requires a commitment to high standards of food safety and quality, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Ramen Line Cook will play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties Prepare and cook ramen dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and create new ramen offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Utilize knife skills for precise cutting and preparation of ingredients. Provide support during peak service times, ensuring timely meal preparation and delivery. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen setting is essential, preferably within the food industry or fine dining establishments. Culinary experience with a focus on Asian cuisine is highly desirable. Familiarity with dietary department practices or as a dietary aide is a plus. Strong skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling are necessary for success in this role. A solid understanding of food safety protocols is required to maintain high standards of hygiene.
