Join the Team at Hale Street Tavern Hale Street Tavern is seeking a highly skilled and creative sushi-focused cook to join our culinary team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands quality seafood, and brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to sushi preparation. We are a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant with a strong reputation on the North Shore, and we're looking to elevate our sushi offering with the right talent. What You'll Do:
Execute sushi and raw bar items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail Work with high-quality fish and ingredients, maintaining proper handling and technique Contribute to presentation standards that reflect a polished, professional product Collaborate with leadership on sushi features and creative additions Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined workstation Perform at a high level during busy, fast-paced service

Requirements:
