Pay Rate of $22-26/per hour inclusive of kitchen admin fee, which is 3% of nightly sales! Coppa is a small plates restaurant by James Beard Award Winning Chef Ken Oringer in the heart of the South End on Shawmut Ave. Wood fire pizza, charcuterie, and homemade pasta are the focal points that change with seasonal ingredients and locally sourced products.
Hours of Operation:
Sunday 11am - 9pm Monday - Saturday 5pm-10:00pm Line cooks should be able to read and follow recipes and maintain health department food quality, and restaurant standards. The position requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience. Come cook a creative menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, thinking outside the box, accountability and education.
