at Eataly Aventura Mall is Hiring Pizzaiolo - Pizza Makers & Fire-Burning Oven Cooks Rossopomodoro, the pizza purveyor for Eataly, is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook (Pizzaiolo)! We are looking for a detail-oriented pizza cook to uphold the high quality of our authentic products. This is a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for growth, travel, and being part of a dynamic team.

Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience working with wood-burning ovens, Neapolitan-style pizza programs, and high-volume service. Italian language skills are a plus, but a love for pizza is essential. Experience:

Pizza making: 2+ years (required) Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizza dishes according to restaurant standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Assist in menu planning and special dietary requests as needed. Provide excellent food service and handle customer inquiries regarding menu items.
