Paid positions are available for both experienced cooks and aspiring culinary enthusiasts eager to develop their skills. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with accuracy and efficiency Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings to enhance customer offerings Ensure timely delivery of freshly made pizzas to meet customer expectations in a lively restaurant setting Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and create a welcoming dining experience Qualifications Prior experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or food service is highly desirable Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required Experience with menu planning or fine dining environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Passion for culinary arts with a desire to grow skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
