Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning by preparing components for daily specials and regular offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently executing assigned tasks Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in every dish served Contribute to catering events and special functions by assisting with meal preparation and presentation Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth Embark on a culinary journey where your skills are valued, your creativity is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to delight our guests.
