• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and recipes
• Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
• Assist with meal planning and menu development
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed ```Requirements```
• Previous experience as a Dietary Cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We are looking to fill Saturday-Wednesday 12:00 pm-8:00 pm
